Pickles! Post-discussion we had a double-header of pickling: Sarah Rodigari doing her mother’s pickled cucumbers, and Susie Pritchard with pickled okra. Both vegetables were picked up at the Kemps Creek Farm stall in the market, and soused in combinations of salt and vinegar.
