It’s April and we’re back for residency #2 at Frontyard. Fortuitously, someone is offering a kimchi workshop here next Tuesday 4-6pm (anzac day public holiday), so we thought that could be a good time to show any interested fermenters our book-in-progress.
In between chopping cabbage and pounding chillis, you might want to pop by our room and look at all the email recipes we’ve been tracing by hand! Non-kimchi participants also welcome.
